Piggybacking off the excitement of Nationals, Weightlifting ACT will be holding the 2019 Club Championships on Sat 9 November 2019. Register at eventbrite (registrations close COB Friday 1 Nov 2019) and declare your teams via email (up to 2 women and 2 men per team, 2-4 athletes per team). This event is open to teams, individuals and novices.
The AWF National Senior Championships is upon us this weekend 19-20 Oct 2019, where we have two full glorious days watching the cream of the crop vie for coveted spots for next year's Tokyo Summer Olympics. Joining these elite athletes are Weightlifting ACT's very own:

If you've been waiting to do an AWF Level 1 Coaching course in Canberra, good news! Lyn Jones will be convening the Level 1 course at the ACTAS gym in the AIS, Canberra, over the weekend of 27 and 28 July 2019.
ACT v NSW battle of the states.
With lots of prizes and fun to be had join us as Weightlifting ACT go head to head with NSW Weightlifting Association in what will be our biggest comp of the year.

Entry fee of $35 must be paid via direct debit to Weightlifting ACT by close of registration.
